Is Deez Place assisted living or a medical facility?
No. Deez Place is presented as shared independent housing. It does not advertise nursing, medication administration, personal care or clinical supervision as part of the housing charge.
Who can live at Deez Place?
Adults who are appropriate for the specific independent shared-home setting, including older adults, veterans and adults with disabilities. Final eligibility varies by property and available room.
How much are rooms?
The current target rates are $1,100 per month for a private room and $850 per month per resident for a selected shared room. Final rates are confirmed for each property before move-in.
Are rooms furnished?
Yes, the planned model is furnished housing. Exact furnishings and amenities will be listed on each property page and in the resident agreement.
Are utilities and Wi‑Fi included?
They are planned to be included, subject to the written resident agreement for the property.
Is there an application fee?
The current planned formal application/screening fee is $250. There is no charge to submit the website housing-interest form.
Can case managers make referrals?
Yes. Use the Professional Referral page. Referral does not guarantee acceptance or room availability.
Can residents receive outside services?
Yes. Residents may use their own appropriate third-party providers. Those providers are separate from Deez Place unless a written and legally appropriate arrangement states otherwise.
Are pets allowed?
General pet rules may vary by property and applicable law. Service-animal and assistance-animal requests are handled consistent with applicable fair-housing requirements.
Is smoking allowed?
Deez Place intends to operate smoke-free residences. Final house rules are provided before move-in.
